A five-minute tour
This is a working demo of a members portal for our Social Club — built to replace
the paper form, the spreadsheet and the chasing. Everything is pretend data, so press anything.
Each step opens in a new tab wearing the right hat for you.
1 · The lift page
What a resident sees after scanning the QR code in the lift: what the club is,
what's on, the noticeboard, and one button to join.
Open
2 · Join in two minutes
Make up a household — a couple, the kids, up to four people. One bank transfer
covers everyone, with a payment reference made for you. No forms, no mailbox 1603.

3 · Be the Treasurer
The home screen is a short list of things that need a person — nothing else.
Press "Money arrived ✓" on apartment 1204's payment and watch the welcome emails, the WhatsApp
list and the books all update themselves.

4 · Check a bank statement
The treasurer's favourite trick: download the demo statement, upload it straight
back, and payments match themselves against their references. One press confirms the lot.
Try it
5 · Run an event
Paella Night needs 25 people and only has 8. Open it, press "Decide…" and
choose to call it off — everyone's money is queued for refund and the sorry-emails go out.
Nobody chases anything.

6 · Be a member
RSVP to trivia with a guest, pay by reference or at the door, change your
numbers (you only ever pay the difference), vote in the suggestion box, add a photo from the
last event.

7 · The to-do list
Everything the committee needs to do in one list — event jobs, WhatsApp adds and
removes, decisions from meetings — with names, dates, and a gentle nag when something's overdue.
Meeting agendas write themselves from it.

8 · One message, three places
Post an announcement once: it lands on the public noticeboard, goes out by
email, and the WhatsApp version is ready to paste.

Good to know
• Nothing is real — pretend people, pretend money, and every email lands in a
demo "Messages" page instead of anyone's inbox.
• You can't break it — the reset button puts everything back, and it resets
itself overnight anyway.
• WhatsApp stays ours — the portal never touches the group; it just keeps a tidy
add-and-remove list so nobody has to remember.
• Questions, ideas, complaints — bring them along. That's the point of the demo.
